Session Description

During this session, participants will review system set-up procedures in the NCEES online tool, including assigning the correct PDP and evaluation type and adding additional roles for staff. We will also discuss how to complete a pre-observation conference, observation, and post-observation conference in the online tool. Time for questions and answers regarding the online tool will also be provided.

    • understand how to complete a teacher observation in the online tool.
    • practice completing an observation in the online tool demo site.
    • discuss and review tips for managing the teacher evaluation process in the tool.
    • locate resources for using the online tool including the NCEES wikispace, help guides, webinars, and contact information.
